Lead Error: the LZW capabilities are locked

This comes up every time I try to import a tiff file. I have done it before but this has happened with some files

The libraries we used to perfomr the file load for our import capability did not have the license to open files with LZW compression which includes some TIF's and all GIF's. If you could convert the file to a JPG it should work for you.
