How do I delete an unwanted pattern?

Patterns are just data files. PCStitch can only open what it sees. It does not keep track of what patterns you have. Just delete the file.

If you are referring to items such as libraries, borders or other enhancements, you have to delete them from the PCStitch program folders (by default in C:\Program Files\)

Thank You! I was right-clicking on the actual graph instead of the file name.
