My patterns are printing only in black ink. Printer has been checked out and is fine, error must be in PC Stitch program but I don't know where to look.
Please help me. |

First of all, I will be removing your other thread. There is no reason to post 2 threads for the exact same issue with almost identical posts.
Now, what parameters are you specifying to be printed.
If you are saying Symbols only and, like most patterns, only use black symbols then you will see very little color. If you have the legend on the right side, you can have the color blocks removed and that won't show color. And, if you don't have 'color' specified on the information sheet, you might not see any color there.
It is quite possible to have a pattern print with no color.
What do you see when you do a print preview. What you see there, is what you should see.
Have you printed something else -- from another product? That will tell what your default print parameters are. I have 2 HP printers (one 8 years old and one about a month old) and both work great with PCStitch (newer one is a bit finer resolution, of course).

First of all, I don't appreciate being scolded after 2 full days of difficulty with this program. |

Sorry, I hit the button too soon. I am trying to re-do a pattern which a customer wants. All of my patterns are in color on PC Stitch, but at least 2 of them have "switched" over to B&W and I cannot change them in any way. If I bring up the B&W design, then click on a color in my legend, then try to add it to my design, it is only showing up in black. If I bring up another design which is still in color, I can do anything to it, and my colors all show up.
I uninstalled the program and did a reinstall, still having the exact same problem. |

The problem is in the program, not my printer. |

You're saying the patterns appear in black/white in PCStitch? That's not a printer issue, that's something in PCStitch and I've never heard of it. I would contact Mark -- just use the member list to find him and use the email option to send him a message.
