I am altering a pattern I have and to save time and work I am trying to rotate an edit box 30 degrees instead of 90 degrees.

Is this possible, or will I have to re-enter all the stitches again?

There is no automatic way to rotate other than increments of 90 degrees (90, 180, 270). Any other angle change must be done manually.
