 DMC Stranded Cotton is NOT ON MY FLOSS LIST!

I am charting a pattern and don't know how to change my floss list to DMC Cotton; it keeps showing DMC Linen and others. This is driving me crazy because it has never happened before.

DMC STRANDED COTTON FLOSS DOES NOT SHOW UP ON FLOSS LIST.

This is day #2 of this problem. I would like to publish my pattern but can't finish it because the DMC Stranded Cotton does not now show up in my list of flosses. I emailed Mark, NO ANSWER.

Please find someone to help me. If I uninstall and reinstall, won't I lose all of my work?

Under the Available Colors Panel, click on the down arrow for Floss List and select "DMC Stranded Cotton". I don't know why but I have 2 listings for DMC Linen and DMC Satin. I suspect that may be because of my myriaCross Floss listings.

I do not see any DMC choices other than linen and satin.

If you do not see DMC stranded cotton as a choice from that drop down menu, I suggest you try to reinstall. If it still does not appear, contact Mark. It should be there. You can get to mark by looking him up on this board and using the option to send him an email.

Again - I recommend you reinstall the product and check again. If you still do not see it, then contact Mark.
