I have just purchased and installed PC Stitch Pro 9. I installed the full program for practicing until my CD came and also have PC Stitch 7 on my computer. Do I need to uninstall the other two programs? Keith said the instalation process would tell me if I needed to uninstall, but it didn't.
You can have PCStitch 9 (pro and Standard) and PCStitch 7 side by side. There is no conflict. I have both and sometimes need 7 to verify a problem someone is having.
You were not told to uninstall because it is not needed. You should be fine.
