Hi, Importing a picture to PCSpro, some colors are "ignored" and interpreted in grey or similar scale. Increasing of colors count does not help, it will increase a number of "gray" colours. It is problem mainly of DMC Stranded Cotton list. To be precise, the problem is with green, yellow anf violet colors, which are often missed (and are present in the DMC list!). The most confusing thing is, that the first run of the import was without problem.
