Hi, Can anyone tell me how to put the symbols I have used in my designs onto my Instruction sheet???

Go to the 'Information sheet' tab and make sure the 'Description' box in 'Legend Fields' is ticked.

The descriptions will correspond to the option 'Print stitches as' under the 'General' tab. The preview is good for checking this out.
