Hey guys,

I recently built my mother a new computer with Vista 64. I went to install PCStitch on it and realized I couldn't - it's version 5.0 and gives an error message. Her old computer is no longer usable - heh, I used it for parts to fix others.

Is there any chance I can snag an upgrade to a newer version? I tried looking for an update on the main page, but all I see is a couple demo downloads.

Alternatively, if she's going to need to purchase a newer version to use, do you offer any upgrade pricing paths? (AKA receive X discount for owning an older version).

Thanks,
Jason

You need to use the Contact point to contact Mark on this issue. I believe they do have some upgrade pricings but the current versions that work for Vista are 2 and 3 versions beyond what you have. Only Mark can make that determination in your case.

Versions 5 and 6 do not work under Vista and you have to have later versions of 7 and 8 to work. The current versions 7 and 8 do work under Vista. I have 32 bit Vista Ultimate SP1 and they work fine!
