| I can't seem to install my old version of Pro onto my new computer, so I'm downloaded it again. My question is, how do I unlock it -- is there a number or password somewhere from the first time I purchased it? I can't find any information, it was a long time ago. And I don't see anywhere on your site where I can find this information besides sending an email and hoping it's answered soon! Thanks. |

Hello,
You receive your personal unlock key when you purchase the software directly from us. We give it to you over the phone, or it is displayed on your screen (and in a conformation email sent to you) if you purchased it online. Your unlock key is unique.
If you have lost your key, you need to call us, or send us an email and we will provide it to you again.
We return email every day, so you don’t have to wait. We will need your name and approximate date you purchase PCStitch Pro.

They are very quick about responding to your email. The longest I ever had to wait was 12 hours, and that was because I sent the email after hours.
I usually have to reload my PC from scratch twice a year (no thanks to family member download corrupt things or deleting OS files), and M&R has been great everytime. |
