From what I can tell, a lot (if not most or even all) of the One Nighters are incorporated into PCStitch in the form of the "motifs". Note - that if you use them in your pattern, you will not be able to let others have the .pat file. Even looking at them will cause your design to be locked as containing copyrighted material that is Ok for you to use but not to give away the pattern.
As for other fonts -- any stitched font that you have that is not already there (many already are) can be placed in the Stitched font folder under PCStitch in ProgramData. note - ProgramData is normally a hidden folder.
Any other font, such as true-type can just be placed in the windows font area.
You can also create your own fonts.
