Bonjour, je n'arrive plus à enregistrer? Je rentre ma clé, le logiciel me dit que c'est bon et je retombe sur l'écran qui me demande de mettre ma clé... et ainsi de suite. J'ai essayé de réinstaller le logiciel impossible car le chargement s'arrête en cours. J'ai essayé sur un autre ordinateur au cas où...mais pareil impossible de rapatrier le logiciel en entier donc ça ne vient pas de mon ordi.J'ai mis un message sur le site...pas de réponse. Je ne sais plus quoi faire !

Thanks Diane I got a message from Jennifer but it still doesn't work and she hasn't answered me since. It tells me that my version is the latest of PCStitch 11 but I would like to know the PCStitch 11 version is different from the PCStitch Pro version?
PCStitch Pro is NOT PCStitch 11. The separate Pro version was dropped. It's all one package again. Check what you have -- it should say a number as well as Pro.
