I dont know if you can help me with this, but when i went to look for my saved patterns from P.O.L. (patterns on line) they are not there. I went to my account info as i call it and my email is wrong. it is partially there. so i tried to fix it and my address is being used by someone else. do you know who can help me to fix this.

First try the "Contact Us" point and if you can't get help that way, contact Mark. Give as much detail as you can to try to correct the issue.
