I also get a similar message when I try to check for updates. I tried unistall - install, redownload, reboot and so on. I disabled virus software, firewall still no good. I am using windows 10 hom 64 bit (upgraded from windows 7)
I wrote mail to customer service and two other guys I found here in the forum but no answer.
What should I do now? If I won't be able to use the software I would like a refund.
