Hello,
I downloaded demo version and bought the key code.
When I try to register I get the error message that is same in this post: http://www.pcstitch.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1985

I also get a similar message when I try to check for updates.
I tried unistall - install, redownload, reboot and so on.
I disabled virus software, firewall still no good.
I am using windows 10 hom 64 bit (upgraded from windows 7)

I wrote mail to customer service and two other guys I found here in the forum but no answer.

What should I do now? If I won't be able to use the software I would like a refund.

Just click on "Members" at the top of the page. Click on "Posts" to sort by number of posts and he's the 2nd one (right behind me).
