I created several new stitched fonts. With some of them, in text mode, additional lines appear, which throws off the spacing. In edit stitched font, the lines appear in the pattern, but I didn't put them there. Any ideas?

You may have put them there by accident. I suggest trying to edit the font and removing the lines and see if they stay "removed".
