I have tried to get the eraser to work and it will not. I try to right click the mouse to erase and it will not work.



Does anyone know if you are able to get the program reset as if you just bought the program for the first time?

When you have right-click set to "erase all", you need to HOLD DOWN and drag the mouse to erase stitches. Just right click will work only if you have the mouse positioned just right and the sweetspot may not be easy to find.

An alternative is to select the eraser and use left click (remember to set back to the desired stitch type to exit erase mode.
