I have a specific panel configuration setup I like.

Is there a way to save a specific panel configuration so that every time I open PC Stitch my favorite panel arrangement is automatically setup? or a way I can open a specific configuration without having to set up each panel individually?

If you move a panel, it often remembers it automatically. If you want certain panels to stay open, you can "pin" them (upper right corner -- push-pin icon).

Note that some panels cannot be moved and you can only have one panel/side open at a time. You cannot have both the colors and the symbols open at the same time.
