For the last couple days I have not been able to open PC Stitch. It's just not responding. When I have been given the opportunity to send an error report in, that doesn't work either. If I uninstall and reinstall would I lose my patterns?

I was going to recommend an uninstall/reinstall. It will NOT affect your patterns. They are totally separate .pat files and will not be touched by the action.

I have no idea why you are having problems. If the uninstall/reinstall does not work, then use the contact us point to report the problem and give as many details as you can. The more information you give, the more likely anybody is to solve the problem.
