Is there a way to print the diagrams for the specialty stitches included in 10?

Include them in a special pattern for that purpose.

Could you please explain in a little more detail? I've tried using them in my designs and when I go to print the pattern out, the diagrams do not print for the stitches used.

Kelly,

It won't print the NAMES of the stitches. You can use a simple backstitched font to use to show a stitch, type in it's name below and then go to do the next one. That sort of thing. There is no complete list of all the specialty stitches of which I am aware.

Thanks, Diane. I suppose the specialty stitches included with the program are kind of useless if it won't print the diagrams for stitching them. Especially if you have to do a completely different design and use the back stitch function to tell people how to stitch them.

Hi Kelly
What I do is what Diane suggested - open a new grid for just the speciality stitches. Then I export them individually as jpeg images and insert them into a DTP program. Once there, I add a text box next to each image, explaining how to stitch it. This document I then convert to PDF and append to the main pattern. It takes a while, but it works well.
