I'm encountering a problem where once several beads have been added to my current project and then saved several of them disappear. If I click on one near by that hasn't disappeared, they reappear.

Any thoughts on this? Is it a known glitch that will be fixed in a future update?

Do they show up on print preview or print? Maybe the software things they are "under" the stitches.

Diane,

Yes in print preview they do show up, thank you I hadn't thought to check there. However, when this happens, it makes it difficult to know which beads I have added and which still need to be.

Also not sure why it would think the beads were "under" the stitches when they were added after all the stitches were already present and saved.

Thanks,

Christy

Since you're using Pro - if the beads are all the same color, you can use highlighting to see what is there and what is not to help you finish the placement.

As to the cause of the problem - I have NO idea. Only Mark could help in that area.

Diane,

Thanks for the highlighting tip, it is very handy in this situation.

How do we ask Mark specifically if this is a glitch?

Thanks,

Christy

An email would be the only way that I'm aware unless he replies to this thread.
