I am trying to put the underlay in but it keeps coming up with an error! please help!!

I suggest you contact Mark (check his profile to send him an email). He's the one who can address these kinds of software errors.

Diane, This is what it says in the box:
System error retrieving the COM class factory for component with
CLSID (00140B7F-B1BA-11CE-ABC6-F5B2E79D9E3F)
Failed due to the following error:
8007007e

When I try to send the error message it won't send?!
Thats why I came here. Thank you once again for all your help!!

I've never used the underlay feature. However, whatever the problem, it is always helpful to give as much information as possible, including any error messages, what you were trying and what happened -- as well as what you expected to happen.
