My Pro 9 will not open. Should I uninstall the program and re-install it?

Yes! I sent a message to support earlier today. Hope to hear from them.

Joan,

I recommend you contact Mark on this issue. I just don't know.

I've uninstalled and re-installed the PCS Pro program 3 times today and still can't import. It worked a few days ago!

It's not working! When I try to import an image, and I choose the first option, disk file, and have tried both drop down options, my PCS program freezes and I see "PCSPro not responding". I have to reboot to get PCS off. What should I do now?

Should I reinstall again?

It worked! I uninstalled the program. When I re-installed it, my name is on it and I didn't have to use my unlock key number. All my files are the same in it too.

Thanks!

What message are you getting? The firs thing I would do is to reboot and try again. If that doesn't work, try the uninstall/reinstall.
