you could also do "repair" installation with the latest full package i.e. download the full version from the main page and install it over the current PCStitch.

Posted - 04/18/2008 : 14:36:53 As far as I can see the file didn't download so it seems I will just have to carry on with the version I have. As they say what you have never had you never miss And the other one - if it ain't broke, don't fix it

Posted - 04/18/2008 : 08:22:51 Did you try a new download or an update? Whichever you tried, try the other.
Worse case scenario -
Set a restore point for your computer (so you can get back to what you have if this fails) Download and save to your hard disk the latest version. Uninstall the version you have Install from the file you downloaded.
That should get past the problem if nothing else will.

Posted - 04/18/2008 : 07:39:50 OS = Windows XP Version of PCStitch 7 I have is 7.17 and I think the download was 7.22. The error message was over the download box
Does that help? I'm not too technical so I hope what I have written helps

Posted - 04/17/2008 : 20:23:31 It depends on what version you downloaded, what operating system you are running and where you got the error message.
Please provide the full information and maybe we can figure it out.
