Keep getting this error preventing me from doing anything. Does it when open the programs and anything I do inside of program. Help cant use it till fixed.

Did it stop the error message, though? You could not use it at all before and at least it's as a trial version now if that message is gone.

tried that now my software is locked. Gotta contact them to reset my registration key now.

An uninstall should not affect the registration. If you re-install, you should be fine. If you do have to re-enter the key, it should take the same key.

if I uninstall I cant use it unless they unlock the keycode again.

I recommend you uninstall and reinstall the product. Also, what level of Windows are you using. If you are using 10, I do not know if the product has been tested in that environment yet. This version came out under Windows 7, well before 8 and 8.1 were available.
