Posted - 12/03/2014 : 08:55:21 I just purchased PC Stitch 10 and have a few questions that I have not been able to figure out.
Can I make up my own grouping of floss colors (from multiple brands) that I can import to a new project so I don’t have to keep searching through all the floss brands to find the colors I prefer?
example: I want to make sure I have 8 distinct shades of purple that blend well together, but no one brand has all of them, so I have to hunt through all the brands, and even then I can rarely pick the same colors as my previous project. Perhaps If I were able to make my own ‘brand’ of my own choices, it would take a lot of the stress out of choosing a color spread... I don't care HOW I do it, but I need to be able to come back to the exact same shades.
Thanks!

Look in C:\ProgramData\PCStitch 10\Flosses. Note -- ProgramData is usually a hidden folder so you may have to turn off that hidden flag first.
When you created your floss palette, you had to give it a name. Look for that name in that folder.
Good Luck,

Thanks!
