HI, I have just got myself an Imac and I was wondering if any1 of you could recommend a Stitch program as reading the forums i notice pc stitch wont work on the mac except in pc mode I use Pc Stitch Pro on my other PC by the way
I've not used a mac in over 20 years. I have no idea what is or is not available for them. I know PCStitch is not supported under the Mac.
The best I can suggest is to direct you to another forum (EMS Cross Stitch Board) and a thread I created over there comparing cross-stitch design software. Some of these products may be supported on the mac. You can at least check.
You could try something like Virtal Box at http://virtualbox.org, its a free virutal pc option, you would just need a licence for the version of windows you want to run and install PCStitch into the virtual machine.
There are comerical version for Mac called Parralles to look at as well, but you will still need a licence of windows regardless to run in the VM.
