Does anyone know why when I try to import a photo from my pictures, or even from a scanner, when I try to preview the pattern, it tells ms......"system error. Font arial cannot be found"? Is there some way to remedy this? I am new to the program and have emailed PC Stitch numerous time but never get a response from them on how to get past that error sign. Thanks for any asistance
Have you changed the fonts that are available on your computer? It sounds like you have removed a file from the system font folder that PCStitch is expecting.
