I had to completely reinstall my computer this week and when I went to download and reinstall the Mac version of the Pattern Viewer it was no longer in the dropdown menu as one of the options.

Is it gone for good?

I emailed customer service and the URL for downloading the Mac version of the Pattern Viewer is here: http://www.pcstitch.com/files/patternviewerinst_osx.sit

This doesn't work with OS 10 Lion. :( Anybody know if there's a newer version?

The Pattern viewer has not been updated for several years, even for the PC. I have no idea of it's status for the mac. I do know that PCStitch is not supported on the mac.
