I want an 8X10 pattern-the picture I want is 800X427-in pixels,the cloth is 22 count aida. I don't know how to do this Please Help!!

Your best best is to use something like Paint or Irfanview to resize your photo to 220 X 176 pixels (10*22 X 8*22) or as close as you can get without changing the height/width (aspect) ratio. Then import the smaller image. It looks tiny but your best bet is to get 1 pixel/stitch before you start to manually tweak the picture for the final design.
