I`ve got PSPro

How to know size and colors for best result?

I have a photo 10X15 with not the highest quality.
W: 478 X H: 535 pixler,- Resolution = 96

I`ve tried to choose size: W:20cm, W:40cm, W:50cm. and W:60cm,
and numbers of DMC yarn 30, 50, 60, 100 and 200.
How can I know the size and colors to get the best result?
If i choose to have size W:40X H:45, how many colors should i choose?

I also wounder about the clothing.
What gives best result`? 10, 12, 14, 16 or 18 count?
What is 10,12,14 stands for?

And at last… is it possible to write out the whole instructions from help help-meny without click at one index at the time.

Monica,

There is no standard answer for how many colors gives the best result. It really depends on the picture.

AS far as the size goes, you are better off getting the size of your pattern in stitches as close as possible to the size of your image in pixels. The more stitches you have, the more details you will get from your picture.

I dont understand your answer.
Since my picture has pixsels W:478 X H:535, is this what i
must put in the box of stiches/centimeters?

And again.. how many colors... I think i need an example..
Is it possible to email the photo to get som more help?

Is there anyone that kan give me an example?

Have you tried going through the import tutorial? There is an example image that might help.

If you want to email me your graphic and the pattern you have created from it, I can see if I can offer any specific advice.
