I'm trying to create a pattern, but the page size is limited to 7". How do I change this?

I changed the stitches per inch to 22, but that just made the page limited to 4".

This is PCS 5 with the update installed.

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you talking about the printouts?

When you print the pattern, the pages depend on the size of the pattern, not the other way around.
