Once a TrueType font is added to a design, I have found no way to edit it. Erasing does not work. The font I intended to use is not copyright protected. Ideas? Or is this not possible?

Right click ON the text you have created. You will see a pop-up window. The first item listed is "Erase Text".

It erases everything. I simply want to edit the font. :(

For a stitched font, you might be able to do that but true-type fonts are different. They are based on actual windows fonts. Removal is the best you can do. You can remove in parts if the ADD the text in parts.

To be able to edit a true-type font, you would have to turn it into a stitched font that is much more amenable to edits.
