I had to replace my computer. I downloaded PCStitch 10 and upgraded to the latest version. However when I try to input my registration key I get an error that says the document moved.

is there anything I can do to solve this?

Your best bet is to contact Mark at mmiller@pcstitch.com for help.

If you can find your email when you purchased the product, it has an unlock code that is supposed to work.

Be aware that PCStitch 10 is OLD. It was replaced by PCStitch 11 years ago.
