Hello,

I´m trying to import images (jpg) with no compression restrictions, but PCStitch cant read it and show message error 20010 - lead cant find file.

I also resized it and saved it again and again with other extensions, but same thing.

How to solve this annoying trouble ?

Try putting the file in a different folder. Since the error indicates it can't find it, that might help. If it doesn't, contact mark on the issue. Just use his profile on this board to get to his email.

Good luck,

Diane

I also moved some files to another place and some images PCStitch found and imported, but others gave me same message error.

So, it dont seem to be a matter of file´s place, but something related to the file it self or maybe to the picture.

You suggest to contact someone name Mark, but how do I get his profile on this board ? I didnt understand.

Hello again,

I found why I was receiving that error 20010 and it was because some of my files had characters that PCStitch cant read. I just renamed and all worked fine again.

That's something I hadn't thought of but it couldn't find the file because it didn't recognize the name.

Thanks for the update that might help someone else down the line.

I've had files refuse to zip because of characters in the name so I'll believe that it may be an issue. You might still notify Mark about it and tell him what characters the program didn't accept in a file name.
