Hi,
I can't use my PCStitch Pro at the moment because the floss charts have disappeared completely, I have read all the things to try and to no avail, but there is one suggestion and it was to un-install and re-install but I can not find the activation key number, I think I might have accidently deleted it, my product was bought online and downloaded. I have sent emails but not received a reply as yet.
Can anyone help me please?

Check your emails for that activation code.
Also, be patient. If you still don't receive an answer to your emails, send again.
