I need to figure out how to get my title printed on the instructions page

If the Title is in the Pattern Properties, it should print on the instruction page along with the other parameters in those properties. That window is available when you create a new pattern but can be viewed again by clicking on the Pattern Properties icon or menu item under Tools.
