That sounds like a problem with the printer. The product can only talk to printers it knows about. I've seen cases where some products worth with a given printer and others don't. It's always been the printer at fault. Yes, PCStitch is one product involved as the "can't".
First of all, try a reboot. That often cleans up miscommunications.
If your PDF "printer" is PrimoPDF, you might want to try something else. I was having problems with it and since switched to the file-creation "printer" that is part of the adobe clone, Foxit, and it works much better.
Also, PrimoPDF has such an incredibly NASTY install that I would never recommend it again although I did at one time.
