The registration keys used to be set for only one use. An email should solve the problem but be patient.

At the time I'm writing this, it's just now 8 AM where the company is located. It was not yet 3:30 AM for them when your post was written.

M&R Tech is located in the Eastern Timezone of the US.

Please be aware of the global nature of the internet and understand that not everything is monitored 24/7.

Good Luck,

Diane

All I can suggest is you look for the profile of Mark here on this board and send an email to him directly. This is not an unknown problem and I'm sure he can help you. However, it's 8:51 PM my time (and Mark's time) so it will be a few hours before he sees your message.

I think Mark's clocks are set a little slow.

Good Luck,

Diane
