Hi. I'm using PC Stitch Pro... 9.00.003. I've just installed it on my new computer as my old one crashed... & I have one problem I need help with.

When I create a pattern & 'preview' it before printing... it's showing the floss legend on the right side of the pages with the stitching chart pages.

On my other computer I had it set so it would print the legend seperately... AFTER the stitching chart pages. but it's been so long that I can't remember how I got it to do that.

I've looked everywhere I can think of in 'OPTIONS' & the only thing I can find is under 'PRINTING'... 'GRID PAGE OPTIONS'... where it gives me a choice to tick the box that says... 'PRINT PALETTE ON GRID'... so I un-checked that box & clicked ok to save that. Closed out the PCStich Pro... reopened it & tried again. But it's STILL wanting to print the legend on the same pages as the stitching chart.

Then I noticed that when I open the 'PRINTPREVIEW' box it has a tab called 'GRID PAGE OPTIONS' also... so I opened that up... & there it gives choices... but the only choices it gives me are... 'RIGHT'... LEFT'... or 'BOTTOM'.

I tried the 'BOTTOM' option... but what it does is print the legend on the bottom of the chart pages. I want the ENTIRE legend to print out on pages AFTER the chart pages like before.

HELP!

Check your print options. Printing the key on the pages is one of the options. I believe it is default and you must have had it customized on the older installation.

There is an option for none.

in the "grid page options" tab, make sure that "grid page palette" is not selected.

On the Grid Page tab, de-select the Grid Page Palette option.
On the information sheet, select Legend then below that, select the details you want to include on the key.
