I have Windows 8.1 and I chose "Windows 8" when purchasing (download). When I try to install it says "Windows 7" and the I get an error that says something about fonts.

Help please? I'm anxious to use!

Diane, thank you. I heard back from Mark, but I still can't get it to download...now it's the weekend...rats.

Try a different browser or reboot your machine. Also, try clearing the cache on your browser. If you are using some download helper, disable it and try again.
