I purchased PCStitch a few days ago and have been enjoying it thus far. I was initially able to create a pattern from one of my photos, save it and print it. When I tried it yesterday with another photo, it's now telling me that I'm using an unregistered copy of the program and won't save or print. Tried to unlock it again, but got the message that the key's already been used and cannot be used again. I tried contacting Customer Service but haven't heard back from them yet.
I was wondering if anyone else had that problem and what can be done to fix it. Thanks, Karen
Somehow your license file has become corrupted. If you still haven't heard from Customer Service about resetting your unlock code, please email me directly at mmiller@pcstitch.com.
