It's been a long time since I've tried to create a pattern chart. I can get the image chart, but where is the chart that you can download and save to a PDF file?

Thanks, Joan

PCStitch only creates .pat files. It does not now, nor ever did, create a PDF. To create a PDF of your pattern, you need a 3rd party product such as PrimoPDF (free). These products are virtual printers. You treat them as a printer but the result is a PDF file.

Thanks! You can get the PDF when you click on "Print" and then select the printer in the drop down menu. There is a PDF format to print to. That prints to my document file. It took awhile to figure it out but I knew I'd got the PDF from my PCS program.

I use a different .PDF print driver called "doPDF V 7". When I want to make a .PDF I choose that as my "printer". Then I can print the color key and the pattern as two separate files. I then use "PDF reDirect" to merge the two into a single .PDF document containing both the color key and the pattern as one file.
