Hi! I just got a new computer, and am working on getting it loaded with all the files and programs from my old one. I've figured out how to get most of my PCStitch transferred over, but how do I do the floss pallate I created? I'd hate to have to make it all over again.

Thanks!

Find where the palettes are on your old computer. Your special one should be there, as well. Then just copy it from that computer to a flash drive and then to your new computer in the same location.

You should also put a copy in your personal stuff (maybe your patterns) so you can back it up and not be afraid of losing it.

Any ideas where to start looking? I have looked with my completed charts, and with the PCStitch Program Files, and haven't been able to find the palettes.

Try searching for .fls, or (palettename).fls

Check in C:\ProgramData\PCStitch 10 for the floss files. One note -- this folder is often hidden (as is your Appdata folder in your username folder) so you may have to "un-hide" it using Folder Options to see it and the sub-folders.
