Is there any way I can convert the .pat file complete with instructions sheet, logo, instructions, etc. to a PDF?

Easy! Just install a virtual printer such as PrimoPDF! Then just "print" to that printer and you have a PDF of everything that would otherwise have gone to the printer - including the instruction page, key and everything else you told it to print.

If you want a picture of the completed stitching, you need an additional tool to merge PDFs.

There are several products available (many free) that do the same thing. You install them and then treat them as printers. They are basically, "Print to file" products where the output is a PDF. You will need to "print" and then select the product as the printer to use and set all the "normal" print parameters needed.

I use it to save certain emails and then merge them and print 4 on a single page.
