I'm pleased with the features on the latest version except for one thing - I haven't found any new colors added. When do they plan to get them added? Lisa
You might check with www.myriaCross.com . They have a product that will add over 300 palettes to PCStitch. That should give you plenty from which to choose. It's not free but it's reasonably priced.
I suggest you report that file as a suspected false positive. I don't know if you got the myriaCross Floss or the myriaCrossFlossPCS but there is not virus. In the latter case, it is simply a small program that based on what version of PCStitch you tell it to use, it find where the floss files are kept and adds over 300 files to it. In the former case, it's a product that allows you to create your own conversion charts or find conversions for any floss you have.
I KNOW that those files have no viruses. I have been using them since the were developed and have them up to date.
I clicked on the site per your reply, clicked on download demo (English) version and Kaspersky blocked it. Fortunately my computer has excellent firewalls and security. This forum is about PC Stitch so I am certainly not inclined to bother with another program. IF I was it would be one I have heard about, like Jane Greenoff's program or Pattern Maker. And PC Stitch was on the shelf at the local computer store, another advantage.
I'm still open to hear feedback from anyone on the latest colors being added.
I don't know if you downloaded myriaCross-Floss or myriaCross-FlossPCS (just the palettes for PCStitch) but I can say definitely that myriaCrossFloss does NOT have a virus.
