I just installed PCStitch 10. While the default font is PCStitch Symbols 3, it picks up the first font in my fonts folder. When I try to switch to the proper font, I get an error message saying that PCStitch Symbols 3 is not a True Type Font and only True Type fonts are supported. The install has done the same thing to PCStitch Pro. When I open previous patterns in either program, the Symbol Panel displays the correct symbols, but on the pattern, the symbols are from the first font in my fonts directory. Is there a remedy for this?
Are you saying that PCStitch 10 has affected the fonts on PCStitch 9? I suggest an uninstall and re-install (maybe a boot in between). If that doesn't fix it, contact Mark.
