I downloaded the full version of 10 last week and paid for the unlock key today. When I open it, all byt 2 of my patterns from the precious version are not there. How do I get them? I still have 9 & pro 9 on my computer.

Those 2 patterns may be in a different folder and you need to point to the folder. They're there, you just have to tell this version where they are.

How do you go about telling PCStitch 10 where to look???

Click File and then select "Open" or click on the little folder icon (if the patterns are not in the most recently loaded list) and then using the left side of that window, point to the fold where the files are located and they'll show up on the right side.
