When I try to download patterns from my patterns account I get the error " pc stitch funcs,pc stitch error (err object the sub system)" What is this? and how can I fix this.

Contact Mark or Jennifer on this issue.

I'm moving this to a more appropriate forum. It sounds like a POL problem, not a PCStitch problem.
