I recently downloaded pc pro 9 on my new laptop. and when I go and try to choose pc symbols 3, it comes up "error, cannot open not a true type font" and I have true type font checked. what am I doing wrong?
The first 2 steps I would try would be a reboot and then possibly a re-install. Maybe the font didn't get installed properly. Beyond that, you need to use the main site's contact-us for help.
