when I go to select a font it appears lighter that others why is this I try to darken it or even try to put it in bold and it does not go darker. why is this

I don't know what the problem could be. What is the font you are trying to select? Some of them don't have bold versions.

thank you! I took time last night and checked and others donot have bold versions either.
